At PBS Ltd we give a "ball park figure" relating to the value of goods on every bailiff action. This gives clients an idea of the kind of security they are obtaining when we distrain on goods. The valuation is automatically included on the report sheet, which is sent to all clients immediately the bailiff has called on their tenant.

When instructed to remove goods this valuation, together with related costs, enables clients to make a sound commercial decision on arrangements and removals.
